OWNERSHIP You may not claim intellectual, copyright or exclusive ownership to Mymediascript products, modified or unmodified.

(1) Mymediascript Guarantee:
We guarantee that this script performs exactly as advertised and as performed on the demonstration sites as long as it is installed on servers with cpanel, php 4 or higher and mysql 4.2 or higher. We will give free technical support with these servers. For installations on any other servers there may be some additional experience needed. There will be a $15.00 charge for a technician to attempt to configure this installation.
Refunds will not be made solely on a change of mind with an electronic product.
If the script does not work correctly on servers with cpanel hosting, php 4 or higher and mysql 4.2 or higher we will give a full refund of the purchase price. Please tour the demonstration sites well.

Version exchanges cannot be made.
You may not purchase version 1.2 and then exchange for v1.3 or vise versa this is not a version upgrade and we will not supply both versions for one price so please select carefully.

(2) Your licence Allows you the to run one installation of the script. ONE Domain Only
(a single installation)

(3) You can use the media on as many sites as you wish. (NOT THE WEBSITE OR SCRIPT)

(5) Under any circumstances you MAY NOT Redistribute Copies or Modified Copies of any of the files included in the script.

(6) Licence MAY NOT Be Sold.

(7) Licences Can Be Transfered if Active and registered for more than 30 Days.

(8) To transfer the licence to another User/Domain will cost $15.00
All Upgrades on the script version bought are free !! to licenced Members Only.
Any transfered site that is not registered will not be eligable for upgrades.

(9) Full Installations can be done by Mymediascript for $15.00 We require cpanel hosting with php 4 or higher and mysql 4.2 or higher for this service. Some exceptions contact support for details.
